When you place an order with me you are agreeing that you understand the process that has been clearly explained in the FAQ sections. Some flowers may change colour or shrink during the drying process and may naturally fade over time.

 

I will send detailed instructions on how to pack your flowers for next day delivery, however Preserve Your Bouquet is not responsible for the condition the flowers arrive in. A photo will be sent to you before I begin the drying process and the best blooms will be used for your piece.

 

Once I have sent you photos of the two possible ways of arranging your flowers you will have two days to approve the design, waiting any longer could cause potential harm to your flowers ( larger pieces only ). Once approved I will try and keep as near to the design as possible however there may be some adjustments that need to be made at the discretion of the artist due to flower breakage or movement during pouring.

 

Each piece is made specifically for you and is a one of a kind. All pieces are handmade and do not have the perfection of a machine made piece. Elements such as flowers are organic so may emit or trap small bubbles, I do everything I can to eliminate the majority of these but there may be some that are impossible to remove and will become part of your piece.

 

Please keep your resin piece away from direct sunlight, heat sources and chemicals (perfume, polishes, cleaning spray, soaps, hairspray and nail-varnish remover). Resin can be wiped with a damp cloth and buffed to a shine. Only the best crystal clear and UV stable resin will be used in your piece, however as with all plastics your resin piece may discolour over time taking on an amber glow, this should not take away from the beauty of your piece but give it a vintage feel. Your item will be made and sent to you in 12-14 weeks, slightly longer during peak times.

 

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed or at my discretion after this time.

 

If you have already sent me your flowers then any cancellation refund will be subject to a €25 sorting and handling of the flowers charge. Your flowers will only be returned on request and payment for postage will be your responsibility.

Change to your order: Changes to your order will be accepted once the revised order is of the equivalent value of the original order.

 

Refunds and Returns: All preservation pieces are custom made and are therefore non-refundable. If you have an issue with your piece please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving it. Please be mindful of the description above, preservation pieces will not be ‘perfect’ they are handmade using natural items hence small imperfections are not considered faults.

 

Bookings are not secure until the deposit is paid, the balance is due once we are ready to begin casting your flowers.
